Interest in using Extempore at the district level usually stems from one of two sources. From district coordinators, who see the value in a shared assessment tool for their teachers, or from teachers in the classroom, who discover the platform and wish for their colleagues to benefit from its capabilities. No matter the origin, district implementation carries many steps and remains a complex process. How do you foster buy-in from teachers? How do you ensure curricular alignment and consistent assessments throughout the year? What is the training process like?
